REAL ESTATE

If you are purchasing a home it is the most important investment you will make in your life.  If you are selling a home you want to make sure that the investment you have already made is protected.  In this volatile market it is important to have quality and responsive legal representation.  Because of current market conditions many attorneys have stopped doing real estate transactions.  However the Law Offices of Arthur J. Porto continues to represent both sellers and buyers in purchases and sales including short sales and foreclosures.  Mr. Porto’s family has been a vital part of the Chicago real estate market for over 40 years and Mr. Porto has personally handled contract review and closings in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs for both buyers and sellers alike.
